Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice (2 working days) if you are unable to attend for an appointment.
We understand that sometimes your plans change and you are no longer able to keep your appointment.
Letting us know with plenty of time enables us to offer your appointment to someone else who would like it, and patients in pain who require a dental emergency appointment.
If we are closed then please leave a message on our answer phone (020 8905 4849) or send us a message using the contact us section of our website.
We also know that sometimes emergencies occur at home that means you will have little warning of your inability to attend the surgery. If this occurs it is still important to let us know so that we can use your appointment for another patient with a dental emergency.
Missed appointment charges
We do not make a charge for a missed NHS appointment but if you miss more than two NHS appointments you will be unable to access NHS dentistry at the practice.
