What toothbrush do I buy?
There is a huge variety of toothbrushes on the market. We advise that adults should use an electric toothbrush
If you wish to use a manual (hand held) toothbrush then we recommend adults use a Sensodyne 3.5 which has a small enough head to ensure that you are able to reach all the surfaces correctly.
If you are considering buying an electric toothbrush then we would suggest one that has a timer and a pressure sensor.
